Terms of service

1. Currency of Sale
All prices of the products offered on this website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation.

2. Payment Method
The only accepted payment method is bank transfer. Once the order has been placed, the bank details necessary to make the payment will be provided. The order will not be processed until receipt of payment is confirmed in the indicated account.

3. Delivery Time
- For deliveries in Spain: The delivery time is 7 business days from confirmation of payment.
- For deliveries in the European Union (EU): The delivery time is 15 business days from confirmation of payment.

4. Shipping Costs
- For shipments within Spain: Shipping costs are included in the price of the products.
- For shipments to countries in the European Union (EU): Shipping costs have an additional cost of 15 euros, which will be added to the order price.

5. Return Policy
Product returns are accepted in accordance with the conditions established by European Union regulations.
The customer has a commercial return period of 30 days from receipt of the product, without prejudice to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days applicable in the European Union.
For the return to be accepted, the products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
Shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, except in the event that the return is due to a shipping error or a product manufacturing defect. In these cases, the Company will assume the return costs.

6. Product Warranty
All products offered on this website have a 2-year warranty in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect that may arise in the products. Damage is not included in the warranty
caused by incorrect, negligent or abusive use of the product.
